1. Who we are

Bharat Matrix Studio (bharatmatrixstudio.com) is built and operated by Bannada Films, a creator-owned IP studio based in Mumbai, India, founded by Mahinder Singh Saniwal. This policy explains what information we collect when you request access to or use the workspace, and how we handle it.

2. Information we collect

When you request access, we collect the information you submit in the access form:

Full name and email address
Whether you are a filmmaker, investor/partner, or other
Studio or company name, if you provide one
Portfolio or LinkedIn link, if you provide one
Your stated reason for requesting access

If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile information Google shares with us (name, email address). If your access request is approved and you use the workspace, we also store the project material you create or upload there — scripts, story material, character and continuity notes, and related production data — so the workspace can do its job.

To review and decide on your access request
To operate your account and the workspace once access is granted
To contact you about your request or your account
To keep the service secure and working correctly

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your project material to train any third-party AI model beyond what is strictly needed to run the workspace features you use.

4. Who we share it with

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Google for optional sign-in. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not share your personal information or project material with any other third party except where required by law.

5. Data retention

If your access request is not approved, we retain the request details only as long as needed to keep a record of the decision, then delete them. If you have an active account, we retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to provide the service to you.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to export your project data, by writing to us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the workspace evolves. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify active users directly.
