1. Acceptance

Bharat Matrix Studio is operated by Bannada Films ("we", "us", "the studio"). By requesting access to, or using, the workspace at bharatmatrixstudio.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't request access or use the workspace.

2. Access is by approval

Bharat Matrix Studio is not open self-signup. Every access request is reviewed personally by the studio owner. We may approve, decline, or ask follow-up questions about any request, at our discretion, and we are not obliged to explain a decision. Approved access can be limited, paused, or withdrawn if these terms are broken or if we discontinue the workspace or a feature of it.

3. Your creative work stays yours

Bharat Matrix Studio is a production workspace, not a rights holder. Any script, story material, character work, or other creative content you bring into or create within the workspace remains your own intellectual property (or that of its rightful owner). We do not claim ownership over it, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond providing the workspace to you, unless you separately agree to that in writing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the workspace for content you don't have the rights to work on
Share your account access with people your approval didn't cover
Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the workspace
Use the workspace for anything unlawful

5. The workspace as-is

Bharat Matrix Studio is under active development. Features, pipelines, and stages may change, improve, or be removed as we build. We provide the workspace "as is," without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, to the extent permitted by law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
